高校分层分级学生活动体系构建的研究

高等院校学生活动不仅是校园文化建设和高校教育教学活动的重要组成部分,也是培养学生健康心理、陶冶道德情操、塑造健全人格、拓宽知识视野、拓展综合素质的重要手段。有效开展学生活动对推动高校素质教育将起到举足轻重的作用。如何科学合理地管理学生活动,让学生活动发挥更大的效用,是我们必须面对的问题,迫切需要得到妥善解决。文章在分析目前高校学生活动的开展现状及存在的问题的基础上,就高校建立分层分级学生活动体系势在必行的问题,并针对如何建立分层分级学生活动体系进行了研究,以期为学生活动的科学管理工作提供借鉴。

Research on Rating and Grading Systems Construction of Students' Activities in Colleges

College students’ activities are not only important in campus culture construction,but also in college education and teaching activities.They can cultivate healthy mental state,mold moral sentiment,develop complete moral quality,broaden vision and knowledge,and enhance comprehensive quality.The students’ activities play an important role in promotion of college quality-oriented education.How to manage the students’ activities scientifically and enlarge its effect maximally are problems have to be solved appropriately.This thesis analyses the phenomena and problems existing in college students’ activities firstly,then it points out that the establishment of rating and grading system are inevitable,and related researches are presented,which might be helpful in the scientific management of students’ activities.
