| 摘 要： | 文章依据用途可将食品添加剂分为四类:防腐剂、抗氧化剂、调味剂、乳化剂.讨论了各类食品添加剂在绿色化方面的应用范围、使用现状和存在的问题,指出食品添加剂的绿色化是其主要发展方向.
