高职院校新生的心理教育

如何从心理素质培养的角度,改革和完善现有的人才培养模式,使新模式能真正满足新形势下人才培养要求。这既是高职教育理论与实践发展急需研究的课题,也是保证高职教育稳定和健康发展的根本任务。重视人际交往能力的培养,在人际交往中,注意人际交往原则以及成功交往的技能与艺术的运用,不断地克服人际交往障碍,积极主动地与他人交往,掌握交往的主动权。只有这样,才能拥有一个强大的社会支持网,才能改善自己的人际关系状况,有效地保护自己的身心健康。

On Psychological Education of Higher Vocational College Freshmen

This paper discusses how to reform and improve the present talent cultivation mode and make it truly meet the demands of talent cultivation in the new situation from the perspective of psychological quality cultivation. This is not only an urgent topic for the the development of higher vocational education theory and practice, but also the basic task ensuring the stable and healthy development of higher vocational education.
