| 摘 要： | 美国社会学家罗纳德·博特1992年提出的结构洞理论对创新网络的发展起到了极大的推动作用。通过大量的文献阅读和对现实的观察，在前人研究的基础上进行了进一步的研究，提出了结构洞分类理论，理论上完善罗纳德·博特的结构洞理论。开创性地把结构洞分类理论应用于创新网络中的利益相关者管理中，对创新网络中的利益相关者管理问题进行了初步探索。
