| 摘 要： | 合作式社工组织管理模式为社工组织的发展提供了良好的发展空间,其中多种合作式的社工组织为组织的发展整合了更多的优势资源。作者选取了"广州逢源人家社会服务中心"这一在广州最早进行社区服务专业化、合作式的社工组织的典型案例,分析了合作式社工组织管理模式的成因、内容、方法以及合作的效果,并根据对广州"逢源人家"特色服务项目与服务内容的经验总结,希望给读者一些启发和思考。

| Abstract: | The cooperative management mode provided a good development space for the development of social work organizations, including the integration of more advantageous resources. In this paper, we selected a typical case of ＂Fengyuan Home＂ Social Service Center in Guangzhou city, which is a pioneer in community service specialization and cooperation between social work organizations, analyzed the causes, mode, content, methods and effects of the cooperative management mode, summarized the experience of characteristic service project, hoped to give the reader some insights and thinking. |
