| 摘 要： | “中科院文献情报机构评估系统”是“中科院文献情报评估指标体系”研究课题的一部分, 是该指标评估体系的计算机实现。本文论述了建立该系统的目标, 并在分析评估指标数据的基础上, 讨论了数据库的建立及实现该系统的技术基础, 继而对系统功能的实现进行了论述。

| Abstract: | The purpose of this article is to realize the computerization management of “Evaluation Index System of Library and Information System of the CAS”. The system application program based on Visual Basic language and Access database is developed. The analysis, design and realization about system are discussed. |
