高校公寓辅导员十年(2002-2011)研究综述

公寓辅导员是一个全新的职业岗位,是高校后勤社会化改革的必然产物。近10年来,研究者从辅导员进公寓的重要性与必要性、角色定位与职能、存在问题、对策与建议、进驻模式等角度积累了大量资料,但也存在方法单一、深度不够等问题,尚有很大的研究空间。

A General Overview of University Apartment Counselors in Ten Years

Apartment counselor,which is a new professional position,is the inevitable outcome of social reform of university logistics.In the recent 10 years,researchers have collected and accumulated a large number of data from the aspects of the importance and necessity of counselors in the apartment, their roles and functions,problems,countermeasures and suggestions,the exploration patterns, and so on. However,there still exist many problems, for example, the method is too simple, the depth is not enough, which indicates that there is considerable research space.
