| 摘 要： | 通过研究外国投资者所面临的不确定性与外资进入模式间的关系可以发现,来自东亚经济体的投资者更愿意选择控制程度较高的进入模式,包括建立独资企业以及在合资企业中持有更高股份。但亚洲金融危机的冲击增加了经济前景的不确定性,导致短期内选择控制程度较低进入模式的投资者显著增加。

| Abstract: | A study of the relationship between the uncertainty faced by foreign investors and the entry mode of foreign capital reveals that investors from the East Asian economies are more willing to choose the entry mode of a higher degree of control,including greater willingness to establish wholly-owned enterprises and holding higher percentages of shares in joint ventures.But the impact of the Asian financial crisis has increased economic uncertainty and has led a significant increase of investors choosing capital entry modes of low degree control. |
