| 摘 要： | 约翰·罗尔斯(John Rawls)是西方当代最具有影响力的法哲学家之一。《正义论》集中体现了他的法哲学思想。罗尔斯强调自由具有优先性,强调正义对效率的优先。罗尔斯的法哲学思想作为人类文明和思想智慧的成果对于我们在市场经济条件下如何建立成熟与完善的政治与法律制度,确保一种正义的社会环境具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值。
