| 摘 要： | 以四川省R县为个案，调查西部贫困农业县城乡小学教师的经济收入状况，可见其工资收入明显偏低，其它应有的合法收入未全面落实，乡村小学教师收入尤低等等，进而提出设立国家津贴，增强执法力度，合理收入应城乡共享等建议。

| Abstract: | With R County as a case,the author of this paper investigates the primary teachers' income in some poor agricultural counties of West China.The result shows the teachers' income is on the low side and their other legal income has not been granted.And the teachers' income of rural areas is strikingly low.The author proposes national allowance,strengthening of execution of law and sharing of reasonable income of both rural and urban areas. |
