| 摘 要： | 我国多校区高校的形成与国际国内的时代背景紧密相联。多校区高校管理给旧有高校管理体制、决策体制及管理技术带来全面冲击。多校区高校在一般层面上的管理策略主要应从实施战略管理、革新管理手段、实施人本管理三个方面入手。

| Abstract: | The formation of China's multi-campused university is closely related to the domestic and international background of the time. The management of multi-campused university has exerted comprehensive impact to the former management system, decision-making system as well as management technology. Generally speaking, the management strategies of multi-campused university should start with applying strategic administration, reforming managing means and establishing human-oriented management. |
