论学习型组织的建立

随着“学习型组织”在概念和实践上风靡全球,近年来国内许多大中企业、大小城市、团体组织也开始了以“运动”的形式大张旗鼓地创建学习型组织。建立学习型组织必须进行五项修炼。创建学习型组织适应了市场激烈竞争的要求。我国建立学习型组织急于求成,流于形式,不能建立起真正的学习型组织。必须树立正确的学习组织观念,建立现代企业制度,破除陈旧观念,才能建立起真正的学习型组织。

Establishing the Study Organizations

With the conception and practice prevalence of the "study organizations" all over the world,many domestic large or middle sized enterprises,big or small cities and groups or associations also begin to have the campaign of establishing the study organizations in recent years.There are five key points we should pay much attention when establishing the study organizations.Firstly,it adapts the market's requirements of the severe competence;second,we cannot establish the genuine study organizations if we are in too much of a hurry such as in our country now;third,we should have the right conceptions of study and organizing;fourth,we should establish modern enterprise system and lastly,we should get rid off the outmoded conceptions.
