| 摘 要： | 分析世博会热效应中牛鞭效应的产生原因,提出运用延迟战略的方法缓解世博会牛鞭效应的发生,降低世博会过度的热效应,并具体阐明该方法在缓解世博会牛鞭效应中的作用及其在适度世博热推动下的可行性．

| Abstract: | The reason that the bullwhip effect happens in the hot effect of world exposition is analyzed. The postponement strategy is proposed to mitigate the bullwhip effect and reduce the excessive hot effect in world exposition. The way of the postponement strategy working and its feasibility in appropriate hot impulse of world exposition are explained. |
