| Abstract: | The fundamental purpose and basic point of Civil War and Reconstruction were to reconstruct a normal political and economic order in favor of the whole bourgeoisie.But the guide lines of the Radical Republics breached the spirit of the Constitution.Its military control widely diverged from the demands of bourgeoisie democracy,and the wrong impeachment of the President brought about a grave constitutional crisis. |
