| 摘 要： | “九五”期间，按照“发展才是硬道理”的思路，各地方高职院校在各项工作中都取得了可喜的进展，但是在发展的道路上也遇到了许多困难，笔对数省的地方高职院校在“九五”期间的发展情况进行了专题调研，总结了成绩，也找出了影响可持续发展的因素。 |

| Abstract: | During the ninth five year plan period, local vocational colleges made great progress in every aspect. But the progress was made by overcoming many difficulties. After doing a research on this subject in some provinces, the writers of this paper summed up the achievements and found out the factors which affected the sustained development of local vocational colleges. |
