论个性化教学的文化使命

摘    要:个性化教学是一种开放式教学,需尊重学生的能力差异、兴趣差异、经验差异和个性等,才能实现学生的个性发展。个性化教学文化肩负着继承优秀传统文化,选择恰切的文化,进行文化对话与交流,创造先进文化,实现文化的个性多样和多元文化共生等重要使命。个性化教学需要寻找实现文化使命的路径,即具备文化使命的意识感、扬弃文化传统、开展文化对话和文化交流、形成文化自信和文化的研究。

Abstract:Individualized teaching is a kind of open - style teaching method, showing respect ot student individual differences in ability, interest, experience and personality so as to develop their individuality. The Culture of individualized teaching shoulders the tasks of passing down the excellent cultural elements and choosing proper cultural elements in cultural conversation, create advanced culture and realize sym- biosis of cultural diversified individuality and multi - variation. The individualized teaching is supposedly to explore possible routes to implement these tasks, i. e. , consciousness of cultural mission, proper choice of cultural traditions, expanding cultural conversation, building cultural confidence and carrying out cultural researches.
