| 摘 要： | 目前国内污水处理项目价格调整方法没有充分起到对水资源供需关系的调控作用。文章结合项目处理关系的动力费、当地在岗职工收入等因素,设计出污水、回水成本调价公式,构建城市供水、污水处理、管网配套、回水回用费用间合理的比价关系,对水资源供需关系进行科学调控,形成有效的环保价格激励机制。

| Abstract: | Currently, the price adjustment method of wastewater treatment project couldn＇ t play its full regulatory effect to the supply - demand relation of water resources on domestic. The paper gives the cost price adjustment formula of wastewater and backwater which base on the project power cost of handling relationship and the local worker＇ s income and so on, and then constructs reasonable relative between the urban water supply price, wastewater treatment, pipe network matching and backwater reused cost, which can scientific adjust the supply - demand relation of water resources and form an effective incentive mechanism of environmental protection price. |
