| 摘 要： | 一人公司是一种特殊类型的公司。尽管我国立法中没有明确使用一人公司的概念,但现行立法也承认一人公司的存在。一人公司的出现对传统的公司法人制度提出了严峻的挑战,所以我国应顺应世界立法潮流,在立法中承认一人公司的合法性,并对一人公司的相关制度予以完善。

| Abstract: | One-man company is a special type of company,though the legislation of our country doesn't clearly use the concept of one-man company.The appearance of one-man company has put forward severe challenge to the traditional system of legal personality, so our country should comply with the legislative trend that is popular in the world, admit the legitimacy of one-man company in legislation and perfect the relevant systems of one-man company. |
