| 摘 要： | 商鞅作为法家人物的代表,在其变法过程中深刻地认识到,地位和作用都高于百姓的官吏在国家机器中的重要作用。他对于预防官吏犯罪思想形成了一个比较完备的系统。我们分析商鞅预防官吏犯罪思想,对于寻找更合理的预防体系有着重要指导作用。各级官吏只有将道德修养的提升与法治作用的约束相结合,才会为社会的发展稳定做出贡献。
