| 摘 要： | 唐宋时期法典编纂从律令格式到敕令格式的转变,学界的探讨,多就法典体系内部的法律形式,及其变迁问题,忽略了法典编纂产生的背景。因此,将法典编纂同王朝政治体制与政务运行机制联系起来,尝试把握法典体系与政治体制、政务运行机制的关系,有助于探究唐宋变革背景下的宋代法典编纂变迁问题。
