| 摘 要： | 人才是一切财富中最珍贵、最巨大、最具有决定意义的财富,当今世界的竞争,说到底是人才的竞争。中国古代先哲提出了贤人治国的主张,中国共产党的领导人毛泽东、邓小平继承和发展了古代人才思想,不仅看到了人才的重要意义,而且就人才的标准、人才的选拔和使用、人才的培养等方面进行了系统思考,形成了完整的人才理论,对今天的社会主义建设具有现实的科学指导意义。

| Abstract: | Talent is the most precious greatest and decisive factor in all wealth of mankind.The competition in the contemporary world is one of the talent competition in the final analysis.In ancient China the wise men submitted their views that the country should be governed by the virtuous talent persons.Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping,the Party late top leaders inherited and developed the talent thought from ancient time.They not only examined the importance of talent but also set up the criteria of the selection,the application and cultivation of talent.They considered sysytematically the theory of talent.Thus a complete theory of talent had been formulated.This theory of talent is of scientific guiding significance to our socialist construction. |
