| 摘 要： | 随着产业集群的不断发展,集群内员工的组织行为产生了一些新的变化。通过对广东深圳和中山、浙江杭州和宁波、湖北武汉、云南昆明、河南郑州和洛阳、福建福州这9个城市中的产业集群与非产业集群进行调查研究,分析了产业集群与非产业集群员工感知机会、职业成长、组织承诺、职业承诺等组织行为方面的差异。研究表明,在产业集群内部,企业内员工的感知机会更高,也拥有相对较好的职业成长,他们对自己所从事的职业和所服务的组织拥有更高的承诺。研究结论对解释产业集群人才集聚现象提供了依据,也为产业集群企业人力资源管理实践提供了参考。
