| 摘 要： | 独立学院是我国在高等教育大众化发展过程中,充分吸收高等教育公办学校和民办高校办学经验的一种全新办学模式。本文从专业设置结构和师资队伍出发,分析独立学院在发展过程中所面临的一些问题,进而提出解决的对策。
