| 摘 要： | 院校合并已基本完成 ,合并院校图书馆应转向内部挖潜。要排除院校合并产生的各种障碍 ,利用合并带来的优势 ,以读者需求为中心 ,建立一支专业队伍 ,利用现代技术手段 ,多途径开发文献信息资源。

| Abstract: | Having almost accomplished the merger,the school library should turn to tap the interior latent power.After removing the obstacle resulted from the merger,and exploiting the advantage from it,the library should also concentrate on services for readers through building up a professional contingent by using modern technical devices to develop the document information resources in many channels. |
