| 摘 要： | 集团企业的财务管理在企业中非常重要,涉及的面较广,但关键在于采取的管理模式,管理的核心内容(如预算管理、资金管理和财务控制系统的建立),不同的集团性企业侧重点不同,但通常都要涵盖这些方面。本文从集团管理的模式,管理的核心内容来分析探讨企业集团的财务管理。

| Abstract: | The financial management of chain corporations is very important in enterprises.It covers a vast field.But the main point is what kind of management mode we adopt and what the core content of the management(such as budget management,cash management and establishment of the financial control system) is.Different enterprises attach importance to different aspect,but all of them will cover the points mentioned above.The article analyzes the financial management of chain corporations based on the mode of management in these chain corporations and the core content of management. |
