初中数学教学如何建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系

摘    要:近年来,中学数学教学倡导以生为本的思想,重视建立新型的师生关系。为此,需要创建一个民主、和谐、平等的师生关系,这样才能让中学生的学习主动性和创造性真正体现出来,学生才能更好的学会生活和发展。本文以初中数学教学为例,从树立争取的学生观、要平等的对待学生、培训学生的民主意识和加强师生之间的沟通四个方面对如何建立民主、平等、和谐的师生关系进行了探讨,拟对做好初中数学教学工作提供一点借鉴。

Abstract:In recent years,the middle school mathematics teaching to promote students to the idea,attach importance to the establishment of a new relationship between teachers and students.For this,need to create a harmonious,democratic,equal relationship between teachers and students,so that students’ learning initiative and creativity can be truly reflected,students can better learn to live and develop.This paper takes the junior middle school mathematics teaching as an example,from set up for students,students should be treated equally,training the students’ consciousness of democracy and strengthening the communication between students and teachers in four aspects,how to establish democratic,equal,harmonious teacher-student relationship is discussed,intended for middle school mathematics teaching to provide some reference.
