男子100m短跑运动员身体素质与运动成绩的灰色关联度研究

以井冈山学院和江西省体育运动学校等运动队的百米短跑运动员为研究对象,采用灰色系统理论,探求不同水平的男子百米运动员的各项身体素质、各类型素质与运动成绩之间的关联度,揭示了它们之间的共同属性、差异性及它们的变化趋势,提出正确认识百米项目的项目特性,对不断改进训练思路,提高男子百米运动员的成绩有着至关重要的作用。

Study on the Ambiguous Statistics of the Physical Fitness and Sport Performanceof the Men's 100 - Metre Athletes

This paper takes the men's 100-metre athletes as objects in Jinggangshan College and Jiangxi sports school,adopting the ambiguity system theory,exploring the physical fitness and the relation between deferent fitness and sport performance of men's 100-metre athletes of deferent level.The result indicates the existing similarities,differences and changing tendency,and the author put forward that correct realizing of the characteristic of the men's 100-metre will significantly improve the sport performance of the men's 100-metre athletes,and changing the way of training.
