摘    要:在表面活性剂存在下及硫酸介质中,70℃恒温水浴中,铜(Ⅱ)催化溴酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝褪色。据此建立了测定痕量铜的方法。铜(Ⅱ)浓度的线性范围为0-0.1mg.L^-1,最大吸收波长为660nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.2×10^4L.g^-1.cm^-1,检出限为3.82×10^-6g·L^-1。方法简单快速、选择性好,用于测定水中铜含量时,测定结果与AAS法的结果相近,所得结果的RSD值均小于3.2%,回收率在99—104%。

Abstract:In the presence of CTMAB and in a dilute sulfuric acid medium, the oxidation of methylene blueness by bromated was catalyzed by trace amounts of Cu( Ⅱ ) heated at 70℃ in a water bath resulted in a color-fading of the methylene blueness. It was found that the intensity of color-fading(AA) kept a linear relationship with the concentration of Cu( Ⅱ ) ion in the range from 0 to 0.1 mg per L of solution. The absorbance was measured at 660 nm which is the absorption maxima wavelength of methylene blueness. The moore absorbency modulus was 2.2×10^4L.g^-1.cm^-1. Detection limit of this reaction was found to be 3.82×10^6L.g^-1.cm^-1. The results by this method to analyze the content of copper in water were similar to those obtained by the AAS method, and the RSD's value were less than 3.2 % and the recoveries were in the range of 99-104 % .
