| 摘 要： | 国际组织与外国政府出版物是国家图书馆重要的特藏资源之一,有着广阔的利用需求前景.面对数字化时代纸质文献量减少、信息利用需求猛增、用户使用信息的行为习惯发生变化所带来的挑战,国家图书馆探讨了应对之法,提出国际组织与外国政府文献信息资源整合服务平台建设的理念和具体方案.
