On Early Marxist Ideas About Modernization of Legal Practice in China

Early Marxists in China have made a study of the modernization of legal practice from the times of the Repubhc of China to the founding of CPC. They conclude that MLP can be initiated by way of seizing political power through revolutionary force, mobilizing the masses, learning from the western legal practice, fostering modern national characters and intensifying national awareness. Their ideas, which come from their researches in China actual situation and western legal practice, are still of great significance in both the history and building of legal practice.
