摘 要: | 随着图书馆现代化的深入和发展,图书馆自动化设备的品种和数量日益增多,售后服务存在诸多问题:销售商失踪售后无门、自动化设备服务信息不全、销售商技术水平有限、服务网络布局不合理等。应通过设置售后服务保证金、建立自动化设备信息卡和管理系统、加强销售商技术力量、建立售后服务网点和信息中心、传授自动化设备的使用技术等途径加以改进。
