建国初期苏北地区中小学教师思想改造运动说微

1949—1952年苏北人民行政公署开展了以中小学老师为对象的思想改造运动。因苏北新老区并存的特殊社会环境,对新区和老区分别采取了各有侧重的接管和师资改造方式,对中小学老师的思想改造要求也各有不同。1951年11月起,全区结合三反运动、批判《武训传》有计划、步骤的展开运动,分为思想动员、思想检查、思想总结三阶段,到1952年10月末顺利结束。此次思想改造运动基本上达到了整合建国初期知识分子群体中存在的纷杂多元思想,且教育改造从旧社会过来的知识分子,使之为新中国各项建设服务的效果。

Analysis on Thought Reform for Primary and Middle School Teachers in the Early Days of New China (1949-1952) in Northern Jiangsu Province

From 1949 to 1952,the administrative office in northern Jiangsu province conducted the thought reform movement,taking primary and secondary school teachers as the targets.At that time,new districts and old districts coexisted in the northern part of Jiangsu.Due to this special social environment,reforms with different emphases were taken respectively in new and old districts,and different standards were implemented for primary and secondary teachers.From November 1951,this region began the "movement against three evils",criticizing the "Biography of Wu Xun";and the movement was spread with plan and steps.It was divided into three phases: thought mobilization,thought examination,and thought summary.In late 1952,it ended successfully.The thought liberation movement basically integrated various thoughts among intellectuals in the early days of new China,and it also re-educated intellectuals from the old society,so as to make them contribute in various fields during the process of building new China.
