| 摘 要： | 宪法事例教学法在教学中的应用是当下宪法教学的实际选择。高职高专法律人才培养的特殊模式,要求宪法学教学必须作出应对。宪法事例教学无论在提高学生理论联系实际能力、辅助理解枯燥乏味的宪法理论,还是在培养学生宪法理念、提高公民素质方面,均有其独特功效.处理好宪法事例教学适用过程中应注意的问题,对高职高专法律人才的培养利益颇多。

| Abstract: | The constitutional case method is the practical choice in teaching the constitution in 3-year colleges at present.There are some advantages in raising the students＇capacities in theory with practice,in understanding of the boring constitutional theory,in cultivating the students the notion of constitution and enhancing the citizens＇ qualities by applying the constitutional case method. |
