对高职院校课堂教学改革的理性思考

摘    要:高职院校课堂教学中存在着设计理念不突出、教学评价不合理、能力目标不明晰、主体作用不充分、内容载体不匹配、方法设计不得当、贯穿主线不恰当、教学效果不尽人意等问题,这些问题制约着高职院校的持续、健康发展.可以采取转变教学观念、开展教学能力培训测评、改革备课方式、改革评价标准、推行项目教学、发挥学生主体作用、激发学生学习兴趣等措施,解决上述问题,提高课堂教学实效.

Abstract:Nowadays,it exists a lot of problems in principle designing,teaching evaluation,ability target,contents,method designing and the teaching result in higher college teaching classroom..These problems restrict the continuously and healthily development of higher vocational college.We can adopt some countermeasures such as changing teaching idea,opening teaching ability training,reforming preparing ways,changing evaluation standard,promoting teaching item,cultivating students' function and study interest,to resolve an above-mentioned problems and raise classroom teaching efficiency.
