| 摘 要： | 行政许可法律制度的基本功能及其在社会生活中的作用在于行政许可法律制度将调整主体与主体之间、主体与社会之间利益关系的职能以法律的形式固定下来,具备维护经济秩序的基本功能,可以使国家经济秩序处于协调与衡平的状态之中;可以起到防止公民、法人和其他组织的合法权益遭受侵害的作用.
