中国城市终身学习网在学习型社会建设中的作用现状及改进

我国已有北京、上海、长沙等十几个城市开通了终身学习网，并不断有新的城市终身学习网涌现。调查发现，城市终身学习网作为新生虚拟学习平台在资源内容、功能服务上存在着诸多不足，加上区域或全国性终身学习网标准规范缺失、网站宣传推广不到位等外在原因，城市终身学习网作用发挥有限。
