高职院校学生学习动机与学习满意度的关系研究

摘    要:运用自行编制的“学习动机量表”和“学习满意度量表”,考察了高职院校学生学习动机与学习满意度之间的关系。研究显示高职院校学生学习动机认同程度由高到低依次为职业取向、求知进取、外界期望和外部刺激;学习满意度由高到低依次为人际关系、教师教学、学习成果、教学管理和学习环境。通过相关分析与多元回归分析可知,高职院校学生学习动机与学习满意度之间具有显著性正相关,并且学习动机对学习满意度具有预测力,即学生学习动机越强,对其学习满意度评价越高。

Abstract:This research explores the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction based on a questionnaire to test 912 vocational college students.This result indicates: the learning motivation ranked from high to low are: professional orientation,knowledge learning,outside expectations and external stimuli.The learning satisfaction ranked from high to low are: interpersonal relationships,teachers' teaching,learning outcomes,teaching management and learning environment.By the related analysis an...
