| 摘 要： | 加强大学生公民意识的培养是我国现代社会发展和精神文明建设的必然要求，也是教育自身的内在要求。高校德育中公民意识的培养，核心就是要帮助大学生形成公共意识。新时期的高校德育要通过促进政治理论教育的开放与发展、实践活动的社会化、开展生动的法制观教育来加强大学生公共意识的培育。

| Abstract: | Strengthening undergraduate education about citizen awareness not only is the inevitable requirement of the development of modern society and spiritual civilization,but also the interior need of the quality-oriented education.The core of cultivating the citizen awareness is to help the students to shape public awareness.The moral education in colleges of nowadays includes open with development of education on political theory,socialization of practical activity,and vivid imperfection education. |
