摘    要:本文分析学生缺乏质疑意识和创新能力薄弱的成因,结合现阶段中小学教学现状,提出积极地实施新课程教师首先要具备符合认知规律的教学理念及强烈的工作责任心和社会责任感;有效地实施新课程,教师应是某种含义下的多能型老师,并且还应具有经过探索获得知识的体验和处理大量信息的经验.

Abstract:Through an analysis of causes of students' lack of oppugnation awareness and weakness in renovation, and the current status quo of primary and middle high schools, the paper suggests that teachers who are implementing the New Curriculum Standard should have the new teaching concepts in conformity with cognitive law and a strong sense of ethical and social duties. To carry the new syllabus effectively, we need a teacher with versatile abilities and knowledge-seeking experiences.
