| 摘 要： | 论文分析了高校图书馆面向社会服务所存在的四个主要障碍，即法制上的障碍、单位制导致的社会资源分享上的障碍、文献资源上的障碍、宣传上的障碍，分析了这些障碍存在的原因，并提出了相应的对策。
