组建社区学院整合教育资源的实践与探索

组建社区学院是我国实现终身教育的体制建设的重要组成部分。天津市南开社区学院组建试办一年多来,先后经历了两次重大的调整与合并。学校领导班子坚持以创新的思路和理念、改革的精神和举措,紧紧依靠教职工群众,成功地进行了教育资源的整合,完成了实质性合并,为实现学校新的跨越式发展奠定了基础。

Practice and Think on Construction of Community Colleges and Adjustment of Educational Resources

The construction of Community Colleges is an important part of realizing lifelong education system in China. Tianjin Nankai Community College has tried to do this for more than one year when they had twice adjusted and merged the resources significantly. The school leader group has stick to the thought and concept of bringing forth new ideas and kept the spirit and action of reforming as well as tightly relied on teacher staffs, they have succeed in the adjustment of educational resources, accomplished the essential combination, that has done laid a foundation for the achievement of school's go-beyond development.
