| 摘 要： | 孔子处在礼崩乐坏的时代,为了恢复混乱的社会秩序,孔子创建了以仁为核心,包括忠恕之道、孝、宽、惠等的伦理思想。孔子的伦理思想对于为官者的人格塑造起了极其重要的作用。本文从对行政人格塑造的角度凝练出仁、忠恕两个范畴,仁的思想有利于官员抵御社会上种种不仁的现象,从忠恕之道中官员可以学习到责任以及公平原则。

| Abstract: | Confucius was in the era of falling of ceremony,in order to restore the chaos of social order,Confucius founded the ethical thought of benevolence as the core,including the doctrine of loyalty,filial piety,forgiveness,benefits and so on.The ethical thought of Confucius plays an important role for the shaping of personality.This article from the angle of administrative personality to concise benevolence, forgiveness two categories,thought of benevolence was in favor of officials to resist social various phenomenon of inhumane,from the doctrine of loyalty and forgiveness the official can learn responsibility and fair principle. |
