聚焦独生子女大学生的心理冲突及其教育对策

独生子女大学生问题已成为当前高校教育工作必须面对的问题。本从独生子女大学生身上存在的常见心理冲突如聪慧好学、积极进取。但表现欲强、孤僻离群；发展全面、乐观自信，但优越感强、恃才傲物；勇于批判、敢于创新，但逆反心强、价值现困惑；渴望独立、期盼成熟．但依赖性强、感情脆弱等出发，分析了独生子女大学生心理冲突产生的原因。并提出了消除其心理困惑的教育对策。

Focus on the Psychological Conflicts of Only Child University Students and the Educational Solution

The problem of only child university students has become one which college educationists have to face. Based on some commonly seen psychological conflicts of those university students, such as intelligence and diligence, eagerness to show themselves, isolation, optimism, self-confidence, a strong sense of superiority, haughtiness and aloofness, bravery for criticism, spirit of rebellion, confusion of value outlook, aspiration for independence, too much dependence and fragile emotion. This article analyses the causes of these psychological conflicts and puts forward some educational solutions to get rid of the psychological confusion of those only child university students.
