| 摘 要： | 分析开放式创新的特征以及实施开放式创新的企业在获取外部创新资源时对技术搜索的需求。结合现有研究成果，分析技术搜索的内涵和特征，并构建技术搜索的概念模型。以所构建的概念模型为基础，建立技术搜索的流程模型，并对流程各阶段的工作内容进行详细剖析。

| Abstract: | Analyzes the characteristics of open innovation, and its needs for technology scouting when accessing to external innovation resources in the corporations which take open innovation. Analyzes the concept and characteristics of technology scouting, and constructs a conceptual model of technology scouting. Constructs a process model of technology scouting based on the conceptual model, and analyzes the tasks of technology scouting at different stages in detail. |
