| 摘 要： | 科研动机是科技人员开展科学研究的重要激励力量。每位科技人员至少具有两种科研动机,"兴趣科研"和"事业科研"动机有利于提高科研投资效益。"职称科研"、"任务科研"、"经济科研"和"地位科研"动机对科研投资效益都有不同程度的负面影响,"便利科研"对科研投资效益的不利影响最大。

| Abstract: | Scientific research motivation is one of the important incentives for scientific and technological personnel.Every personnel has at least two motivation in doing scientific researches.This paper identifies that the "Interest Research" and "Career Research" are in favor of increasing investment returns,while the "Title Research","Task Research","Income Research" and "Status Research" have different negative impacts on investment returns.The "Convenience Research" has the greatest adverse impact on scientific researches' investment returns. |
