| 摘 要： | 需求经济的形成使扩大内需成为我国经济政策的重心，然而，我国应对内需不足问题的制度（或措施）尚存在诸多缺陷。因此，在充分考虑我国本土资源和借鉴西方发达国家法律制度的基础上，建立我国消费者破产制度，已势在必行。

| Abstract: | To enlarge the internal requirement has been the heart of our economic policy in the type of requirement economy, but the systems present(or step ) to the insufficient internal requirement have defects. Therefore to build the consumer bankruptcy legislation has been imperative in the basis of fully considering our internal resources and the system of western developed countries for reference. |
