| 摘 要： | 作为反映我国通货膨胀（或紧缩）程度、以及央行判断是否加（减）息依据的主要经济技术指标——居民消费价格指数（CPI），近年来在如何对其准确、有效、合理地编制和运用问题上，引起了国内外一些专家与媒体的不少争议。对此，本文结合当前我国宏、微观经济的相关层面，较系统地、客观地分析这一已执行了二十多年的物价统计标准，以期真实还原我国CPI的科学本质。

| Abstract: | There is a debate among the experts and the media about how to work out CPI efficiently and correctly,which is the main index to reflect the extent of inflation and the basis of adjusting the interest for central bank.This paper probes into the level of macro-economics and microeconomic and analyzes systematically and objectively the CPI standard which has been performed for more than 20years,and then shows the scientific nature of CPI in our country. |
