| 摘 要： | 食品行业是一个小生产大流通的行业,食品物流安全是我国食品安全的薄弱环节,用现代物流技术保障食品物流安全已成为现代食品物流发展的当务之急。在对我国食品物流外包及其业务需要深入分析的基础上,通过现代物流信息技术与食品冷链技术的运用,结合食品安全管理标准体系与绿色食品物流体系的有效构建,形成多环节的食品安全技术保障措施,以助推食品物流外包业务的全面开展。

| Abstract: | Food industry is a small-scale production and big circulation industry, food logistics safety in China is the weak-link in food safety, with modern logistics technologies support food safety has become the imperative matter in the development of modern food logistics. On the basis of in-depth analysis of food logistics outsourcing and its business needs in China, through the utilization of modern logistics information-technology and food cold-chain technology, building the management of food safety standard system and an effective system of green food-logistics, forms the multi-link＇s support technology of food safety, measures to boost food logistics outsourcing business to service the comprehensive development. |
