| Abstract: | The up-to-date law education in China develops very fast, but due to late setting, there still much deficiency in many aspects. For conveniently learning the strongpoint of America's, here we compared both law education in the following aspects: its management?its aim?its tier?its method and the resource of teacher, so as we can search after a way of education with China characteristic. |
