新时期贫困大学生挫折心理的引导

针对贫困大学生的生活环境不适应等挫折心理提出了对应的引导策略。通过改变外部环境、加强心理健康教育、正确认识自己和以实践培养贫困生健全的人格品质，促进贫困大学生的健康成长。

Study on the Strategies of Guiding Frustration for the Poor College Students

Frustration in our growth process is essential,and frustration on the growth of poor students has a double significance.In this paper,It proposed the corresponding strategies on the poor students who were not suited to their living conditions.By changing the external environments,enhancing mental health education,correctly understanding themselves,and practicing to train the healthy personality traits,so as to promote the healthy growth of poor college students.
